  • Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Please note that any shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
